Tracy is a Human-Centred Designer who studied in Beirut, Paris, Milan, and worked for US and EU startups. She has a multi-disciplinary background combining Management Engineering, Product Service System Design, as well as Architecture and Digital Media. She is passionate about technology, contemporary art, and business.

Sophie has experience in Pharma, biotech, and strategy consulting, combining a background in bioinformatics with a Master’s in Quantitative and Computational Biology. Her career focuses on bridging science and business through data analysis, market research, and cross-functional collaboration in healthcare and the life sciences. Having worked across Lebanon, Italy, Switzerland, and Spain, she brings adaptability, a global outlook, and a passion for driving innovation in research and healthcare.

Claudia holds a degree in Biomedical Engineering and a Master’s in Healthcare Management, with studies in Italy and the United States that blend technical expertise with managerial insight. Her career in healthcare consulting focuses on partnering with health systems and public institutions to improve patient access to care, optimize resource allocation, streamline operations, and deliver data-driven solutions enabling organizational transformation. She brings a global perspective, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to leveraging technology and innovation to enhance the quality, accessibility, and sustainability of care.

Georgina holds a degree in Sociology and a Master’s in Human Resources Management, combining insight into social dynamics with strategic HR expertise. Her work focuses on talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development, delivering data-driven solutions that align human capital with business goals. She brings a people-centered perspective, and a commitment to fostering sustainable growth.

Isabella's international profile combines a background in psychology, interaction and service design, and user research providing a fertile ground for bridging cultures, technology, and design through various projects. She believes in playful creative approaches and in the power of storytelling and prototyping.

Head of Healthcare Development Center, Business Practice Professor and Executive Coach at Moscow School of Management Skolkovo; Former GM at IPSEN Russia. Marina is a medical doctor specialized in pediatric endocrinology with a post-doctoral degree in medicine.  She has earned additional higher education in marketing, completing training at the INSEAD business school in France.  Marina is the author of more than 65 published articles and monographs dedicated to the most important problems of modern paediatrics and endocrinology. She is also an active speaker at pharmaceutical congresses.

An experienced Executive Coach, entrepreneur and medical doctor, specialized in East Asian Medicine and member of the supervisory board in a medium-sized company in Germany. Her deep love for nature, the ocean and wild life made her start the "Leaders for sustainability initiative" with outdoor conferences in Germany and Cape Town. Andrea has a psychoanalytic training, a PhD in Neuropediatrics, an INSEAD Executive Masters in Consulting and Coaching for Change (EMCCC) and a training as CTI-Coach. She is a certified CRM-Trainer („Crew-Resource-Management“) for pilots. In addition to her clinical work as a medical doctor, she was an independent entrepreneur in the Health-Food-Industry and Co-Founder in a start-up business for wearable technology. Andrea consults global companies as well as family businesses and start-up businesses to successfully manage change and transformation and to support leaders and their teams. She worked for an NGO in several humanitarian medical missions in India and the Philippines and supports local social and environmental projects in Africa. She lives in Frankfurt am Main/Germany and Cape Town/South Africa. She is a speaker and lecturer in the field of resilience and coaching in wilderness.

Before moving into strategy and MarComms, she spent her early career in academic research at Imperial College London, where she published scientific papers, presented at conferences and contributed to the development of the John Calam Laboratory. With over 20 years of experience, Zoë now provides strategic counsel to organisations across pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, food, healthcare and advocacy. She develops purpose-driven business strategies, brands and campaigns that deliver measurable, positive impact.
