Project Leader

YBP’s Project Leader is responsible for stakeholder engagement and process management. They play a crucial role in ensuring project success by effectively leading teams, managing client relationships, and facilitating strategic development. The Project Leader integrates empathetically with clients and team members to identify challenges and collaboratively design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client engagement and relationship management

Quant-Biz Strategist

YBP’s Quant-Biz Strategist leverages analytical expertise to transform qualitative and quantitative data into strategic insights. They conduct research, manage databases, and support decision-making processes through data-driven analyses, ensuring organizations gain actionable insights to enhance their strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting quantitative research on relevant project topics
- Managing and structuring databases
- Participating in strategic discussions and workshops
- Developing business cases and analyzing financial data
- Extracting and translating insights into strategic recommendations


External Relations:
- Project stakeholders, when necessary for project outcomes

Mission:
- Extract actionable insights from data to drive strategic decisions

Human-Centred Designer

YBP’s Human-Centred Designer focuses on understanding and synthesizing the key actors’ needs, and relationships within an ecosystem to facilitate the co-creation of value. They employ research methodologies, visualization tools, and design processes to develop human-centered solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and applying tools and methodologies to gain valuable insights
- Conducting secondary and primary research
- Designing and managing workshops for co-creation
- Developing clear and intuitive visual representations of processes and services
- Supporting communication efforts, including client presentations and ethnographic research documentation


External Relations:

Mission:
- Co-create value through a deep understanding of human experiences

Communication Team

YBP’s Communication Team is instrumental in defining and maintaining the brand’s voice across all projects. They craft and implement strategies that engage audiences, enhance brand presence, and build lasting relationships through events and digital communications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring brand identity and messaging consistency across platforms
- Developing engaging and personalized communication strategies
- Organizing events to showcase YBP and foster partnerships
- Strengthening audience engagement and maintaining customer relationships

ROLES WE'RE CURRENTLY HIRING FOR

Human-Centred Designer

Main tasks include: 
• Performing empathetic process and people centered analyses, outlining problems, frustrations, opportunities and solutions for a business or service 
• Documenting and visualizing processes 


Your responsibilities:
YBP’s Human Centred Designer closely works with the Project Leader and is responsible for:
• Conducting human centered analyses and researches
• Designing clear and well-structured processes
• Develop clear and intuitive visual designs to present flows and services 

The position will be based in Milan with business travel to London according to the projects and clients’ needs. 


Education, skills and other requirements:
As a Human Centred Designer you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in design or related fields

  • 5+ years work EXPERIENCE IN AN INNOVATION or CONSULTING COMPANY

  • PROFICIENCY IN ENGLISH AND ITALIAN

  • EXCELLENT VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS both in English and Italian

  • International working experience (2y min)

  • Being a TEAM PLAYER 

  • Collaboration and curiosity

  •  Organisation, flexibility and rigour in meeting deadlines

  •  Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
