Before launching YBP, She spent 10 years in International Academia and 10 years in challenging European Companies as Manager and Director.

Enrico is a former TV Director as well as a communication and marketing expert with more than 35 years experience in every form of communication.
He designs communication strategies for companies in a number of sectors including healthcare, pharmaceutical, construction, and luxury.
Lorenzo has experience working in consultancy for strategy, innovation, and change management. During his career, he had the chance to develop
transformative projects for clients - market leaders - in the following sectors: healthcare, insurance and banking, tech, and telecommunications.
After graduating in Management, Paola was involved in the launch of a medical centre, from the start-up phase to its development.
Since 2020, at YBP she has been involved in Value-Based Healthcare projects in healthcare and pharma, as well as coordinating the team in the complexity of company projects.
Nurgul is a Human-Centred Designer who studied and worked in Kazakhstan, Canada, Finland and now lives in Italy.
She is passionate about design for sustainability and social innovation, design research, strategy and systems thinking.
Mila is an Industrial Designer with PhD in Design. Her design projects cover different products, from physical to digital, from wearables to public spaces.
Mila's research interest is within the sphere of critical design theories and practices, behavioural design, sustainable development, societal challenges, and technologies.
In the past, she has been collaborating both with academic institutions and industry.
She is the author of various scientific papers and journals, she contributed several books, and she is a co-inventor of several international patents. Beyond professional activity, since 2016 she has been actively teaching as a teaching assistant and lecturer in different courses at Politecnico di Milano Design School.
Maddalena is a mathematician who is fascinated by the chance to discover more and more about reality by looking at its mathematical structure.
Over time, she developed a passion for the applications of mathematics to medicine with the primary aim of improving patients’ care and health-related quality of life. Maddalena has gained experience as a business consultant, mainly in the energy sector, and as a scientific researcher in the hospital setting with special focus on radiotherapy and oncology.
Bhavya is a bio-science and health management professional aspiring to bring relevant insights and high-quality solutions to improve people's health and quality of life. She was inspired to pursue a professional career in life sciences and healthcare through her education in biotechnology, genomic medicine and health management at Imperial College London.
After graduating from the University of Pavia and studying abroad - in France and Scotland - Giorgia gained experiences in Consultancy, both in People Development and Strategy projects. In January 2022 she joined Your Business Partner, where she is in charge of both Desk and Primary Research, and of performing quali-quantitative analysis for designing Patient pathways and Customer Journeys. She follows both national and international projects in Healthcare, Retail, Luxury and Technology industries.
Isabella's international profile combines a background in psychology, interaction and service design, and user research providing a fertile ground for bridging cultures, technology, and design through various projects. She believes in playful creative approaches and in the power of storytelling and prototyping.
Head of Healthcare Development Center, Business Practice Professor and Executive Coach at Moscow School of Management Skolkovo; Former GM at IPSEN Russia. Marina is a medical doctor specialized in pediatric endocrinology with a post-doctoral degree in medicine.
She has earned additional higher education in marketing, completing training at the INSEAD business school in France.
Marina is the author of more than 65 published articles and monographs dedicated to the most important problems of modern paediatrics and endocrinology. She is also an active speaker at pharmaceutical congresses.
An experienced Executive Coach, entrepreneur and medical doctor, specialized in East Asian Medicine and member of the supervisory board in a medium-sized company in Germany. Her deep love for nature, the ocean and wild life made her start the "Leaders for sustainability initiative" with outdoor conferences in Germany and Cape Town.
Andrea has a psychoanalytic training, a PhD in Neuropediatrics, an INSEAD Executive Masters in Consulting and Coaching for Change (EMCCC) and a training as CTI-Coach. She is a certified CRM-Trainer („Crew-Resource-Management“) for pilots. In addition to her clinical work as a medical doctor, she was an independent entrepreneur in the Health-Food-Industry and Co-Founder in a start-up business for wearable technology. Andrea consults global companies as well as family businesses and start-up businesses to successfully manage change and transformation and to support leaders and their teams. She worked for an NGO in several humanitarian medical missions in India and the Philippines and supports local social and environmental projects in Africa.
She lives in Frankfurt am Main/Germany and Cape Town/South Africa. She is a speaker and lecturer in the field of resilience and coaching in wilderness.
