OUR ROLES

Project Manager

YBP’s Project Manager is responsible for coordinating multiple stakeholders, foreseeing upcoming issues (problem statement) and co-design with the rest of the team the most appropriate solutions promptly. The Project Manager is a proactive team member able to integrate empathetically with the clients, support and guide them through the activities identified, as well as deliver quality research, presentations and other actions to achieve the expected results.

A.I. and Data Scientist

YBP’s A.I. and Data Scientist is responsible for conducting research to identify and organize relevant global data, both structured and unstructured, for YBP projects. They develop and implement advanced predictive models, establish success metrics, and collaborate with stakeholders to present findings in a clear, non-technical manner. They oversee end-to-end project execution, design A.I.-driven solutions to improve business processes, and ensure timely delivery. Proficiency in Python and data manipulation is essential, alongside strong communication and presentation skills. They also lead workshops and stay updated on industry trends and standards.

Human-Centred Designer

YBP’s Human-Centred Designer closely works with the Project Manager and the Business Analyst and is responsible for:
• Conducting human centered analyses and researches;
• Designing clear and well-structured processes;
• Develop clear and intuitive visual designs to present flows and services.

Operations and Program Manager

YBP’s Operations & Program Manager is the person who works towards the supervision and coordination of business processes. In particular he’s in charge of:

  • Planning of project milestones and activities;

  • Managing client relationship from project kick-off to conclusion; 

  • Control and optimization of various organizational aspects in order to ensure that the business workflow is effective and well structured;

  • Monitoring of the administrative-accounting function.

Communication Team

The YBP communication team is key to shaping and conveying our brand identity across all projects. As a team member, you'll ensure YBP's voice is consistently communicated across platforms with a focus on personalization and creativity. You'll develop strategies that engage our audience and build lasting relationships, with events playing a vital role in showcasing YBP, forming partnerships, and maintaining customer connections. A strong vision is crucial, as our messaging must be unified and consistent across all social channels. Your ability to maintain this coherence will be essential to your success in this role.

ROLES WE'RE CURRENTLY HIRING FOR

A.I. and Data Scientist Consultant

In the course of your work, you will be assigned the following responsibilities:
 

  • Research, identify, and organize relevant data for YBP projects through both secondary and primary research.

  • Identify and comprehend structured and unstructured data sets on a global level.

  • Define, develop, and implement advanced predictive models to generate insights.

  • Establish success metrics and clear timelines to ensure projects are completed on schedule and align with strategic goals.

  • Collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders of YBP to present identified and organized data to a non-technical audience, providing strategic recommendations.

  • Demonstrate strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills regarding completed projects.

  • Participate in, facilitate, and manage internal workshops at YBP as well as external sessions.

  • Oversee the execution and delivery of end-to-end projects.

  • Establish business requirements and design data science solutions to enhance business processes using A.I.

  • Professionally utilize Python and other data manipulation languages to prepare and manage data.

  • Stay updated on technical and industrial developments and the latest standards to ensure effective applications of data analysis techniques and generative A.I. methodologies.

Human-Centred Designer

Main tasks include: 
• Performing empathetic process and people centered analyses, outlining problems, frustrations, opportunities and solutions for a business or service 
• Documenting and visualizing processes 
• Performing some user acceptance testing 

Your responsibilities:
YBP’s Human Centred Designer closely works with the Project Leader and is responsible for:
• Conducting human centered analyses and researches
• Designing clear and well-structured processes
• Develop clear and intuitive visual designs to present flows and services 

The position will be based in Milan with business travel to London according to the projects and clients’ needs. 

Education, skills and other requirements:
As a Human Centred Designer you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in design or related fields

  • 5+ years work EXPERIENCE IN AN INNOVATION or CONSULTING COMPANY

  • PROFICIENCY IN ENGLISH AND ITALIAN

  • EXCELLENT VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS both in English and Italian

  • International working experience (2y min)

  • Being a TEAM PLAYER 

  • Collaboration and curiosity

  •  Organisation, flexibility and rigour in meeting deadlines

  •  Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
