EXPLORE, LISTEN, LISTEN & OBSERVE

Building on the existing literature, we define criteria for inclusively selecting patients and caregivers to engage with personally in ANTHROPOLOGICAL CONVERSATIONS. We then meet with patient associations and, through dialogue with them, finalize the list of target individuals to meet.

 

Listening and engaging with Patients and Caregivers through ANTHROPOLOGICAL CONVERSATIONS and ETHNOGRAPHIC OBSERVATIONS gives us a profound understanding of individuals' first-hand experiences and their unarticulated and unmet needs.

We apply a revolutionary approach to patients’ care, gaining an unprecedented understanding of their day-to-day experiences.  With this comprehensive view, we can effectively prioritize and anticipate their needs, streamline the patient journey by eliminating obstacles and creating a seamless experience that extends from the initial interaction to long-term care.

PERSONAS

PERSONAS provide aggregated and anonymized insights into the unmet and unexpressed needs, behaviors, interests, and aspirations of real patients and caregivers. 

 

PERSONAS serve as valuable tools to identify and emphasize the needs and pain points of patients and caregivers, enabling the design of services that enhance their quality of life. By leveraging PERSONAS, healthcare providers can make informed decisions and develop impactful solutions that positively impact patients' well-being.

MAP OF RELATIONS

We map and represent visually the authentic social and clinical interactions within a patient's and caregiver's life.

 

This valuable tool helps identify areas for enhancing clinical outcomes, patient experience,

and overall well-being.

LISTEN & CONSOLIDATE

PATIENT PATHWAY ALGHORYTM

We run co-creation session with the multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, sharing Personas and Map of Relations, to design an optimal patient journey for individuals living with a specific condition. 

 

It includes clinical and organizational outcomes and incorporates real life insights derived from anthropological conversations and ethnographic observations with patients and their caregivers, ultimately leading to improved healthcare experiences for both.

HUMAN JOURNEY

We value human journey and aim to enable an improvement in patients’ and caregivers' quality of life: the Human Journey help capturing the real-life encounters of people within healthcare institutions, including both physical and digital touchpoint. 

 

The Human Journey serves to identify areas of opportunity for enhancing people's experiences and improving overall healthcare services.

ENLARGE, COLLECT, ANALYSE, COMBINE

After collecting qualitative and quantitative data through desk research, and listening to patients, caregivers, and clinicians, it is necessary to define what additional data we need to scale up the emerging evidence.

 

The collected data is combined and analyzed to create predictive models and business cases. Quantitative data are combined with previously collected qualitative data to ensure that understanding is improved by integrating different ways of knowing, and that the limitations of one type of data are balanced by the strengths of another.

We create innovative solutions that can be effectively implemented and scaled-up. Thanks to the organized qualitative and quantitative data, we are able to design optimal journeys and services that effectively address the unmet and unarticulated needs of patients and caregivers.
